Management devices for the whole zoning system. This is where all the components are configured and wired (if necessary) and the control logics for production machine, climate-control and remote communications with other control systems are implemented.
Gateways for expanding the Zoning System. The NETBOX allows the remote communication with the CLOUD , and the machine interfaces allows to control of the operating mode, fan speed adjustment and setpoint modulation according to demand in the zones, improving both comfort and energy consumption. The bi-directionalcommunication between them optimises the operation of the entire system,
User interfaces for climate-control in each of the zones. Temperature regulation in a maximum interval of +/- 0.5ºC. These allow weekly programming by zone and adjustment of different limitation parameters and locking of functions.
Motorised dampers (24 VDC) for All/Nothing regulation of the air flow in zones. For installation in circular or rectangular duct or directly in the air supply grille.
Devices for controlling the overpressure generated in the ducts network due to the different zone dampers opening and closing.
Zmartbox plug&play zoning kit, made up of a Zoning regulation system (central unit + thermostats + communication interface) and a distributor manifold (2 to 6 motorised outputs + bypass if applicable) compatible with most indoor air conditioning units for duct. The ZmartBox system is delivered fully wired, configured and ready to be installed on site.
